Day 9: DAILY ROUTINE


Because I have always had a tendency towards thinking too much, ruminating and being unable to sleep, and just anxiety in general, a little trick that works for me, is to write a list of things I need or plan to do. Usually I do this in the evening, fine tuning it in the morning. The above photo is an example of a list of errands to do down town. Lists give me a daily routine without the excess anxiety and worry.
